Recent book releases

Out now. In this, the dynamic struggle between two competing paradigms of leadership is compellingly illustrated: an old paradigm that involves control and power over people versus a new one that enables and inspires power through people. With rich examples and stories, it shows how deeply ingrained the legacy model of leadership remains and how destructive it is, causing loss of human potential, stifling innovation, and  resulting in "organisational darkness."

Out 28/10. In this pioneering guide, Clare Norman explores your influence on the coaching experience from start to finish. With clear guidance, accessible advice and supportive practices you'll gain transformative skills that will shift responsibility for creating value from coach to thinker and, in organisations, the task of screening for coachability to the coaching custodian.

Through her rich experiences, relatable case studies and holistic strategies, you'll discover how to redefine the coaching experience.

Out 20/11. This focuses on helping coaches integrate advanced technologies with humanity-centric approaches, cultivating harmony between wisdom, empathy, compassion and creativity of human beings and machine intelligence. Business coaches are given best practices to prepare them to work with the ascent of Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse technologies for helping clients realise their potential and  for enhancing innovation and productivity in organisations.
